D’Ann Parker Colley

D’Ann Parker Colley was born in Dallas, Texas and graduated from Ralph H. Poteet High School in Mesquite, Texas. She has a bachelor degree in Business Administration and Finance with a concentration in Risk Management from The University of Texas at Austin. She attended Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in Fort Worth. There, she was a member of the Student Bar Association, acted as Pro Bono Board President and served as Law Student Liaison for the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. She also studied abroad at Oxford University in England.

D’Ann is a mediator certified to mediate family law cases and cases involving the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. D’Ann has also completed training in the newest approach to family law conflict, collaborative law. She is licenced in all Texas State Courts and a member of the Titus County Bar, Northeast Texas Bar Association, State Bar of Texas and College of the State Bar of Texas. D’Ann also serves on the District 1-B Grievance Committee for the State Bar of Texas. D'Ann is a Lifetime Member of the Texas Family Law Foundation. In the community D'Ann is a Friend of the Mt. Pleasant Library and serves on the Main Street Committee. D'Ann is an active member in the E.C. Brice Elementary PTO and is on the board of the Mt. Pleasant Youth Soccer Association.

D’Ann is married to David Colley, whom she met and married in law school. They moved to Mt. Pleasant shortly after being licensed to practice law. David is the Assistant District Attorney for Titus and Camp Counties.

David and D’Ann have two sons, Parker and Judson. They enjoy reading, cooking, traveling, watching college football and anything that involves the boys.
